Here the fun part sets in. You go with your realtor to look at homes, love one? SUBMIT AN OFFER! Cross your fingers and once it is accepted, you negotiate it and pray they accept. Once accepted, you get an inspection and appraisal done you negotiate any last-minute terms, and finally, get accepted and awaiting your keys!

Probably the most crucial part, make sure to have all funds available and deposit or wire to your title agency. Sign all necessary documents, receive your keys, and finally move in. SO GET EXCITED THIS COULD BE YOU!!
